RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
All returns require prior approval. Please email us at support@pawhalogifts.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. Unauthorized returns without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT / PRODUCT ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packing, and the item if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If possible, please ask the carrier to note the damage upon delivery. For verified product issues, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a replacement or refund.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (upon RMA approval). Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Products with custom engraving or other personalizations are made specifically for you and are non-returnable, except for verified product issues (such as defects or damage in transit).

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & FEES
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0) for your returns.
- For Product Issues: We cover the return shipping costs (prepaid label provided) if the return is due to our error (defect, damage in transit, or wrong item).
- For Other Reasons: For customer remorse returns (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong item/size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN ADDRESS
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return request is approved via email, our support team will provide you with the correct return shipping address of our designated fulfillment center.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@pawhalogifts.com.

ANTI-ABUSE NOTICE
If evidence provided is insufficient or inconsistent with the claim, or in cases of repeated misuse of our policy, we reserve the right to deny the request, offer partial compensation only, or require a return for official inspection before a final decision is made.
